Welcome to Restorative Thinking

Restorative Thinking works with Police and Crime Commissioners, Prison and Probation Services and Youth Justice Services to implement and develop restorative and relational ways of working. Our input ranges from restorative training, coaching and supervision to whole organisational culture change.  In addition, we offer a suite of restorative prevention and intervention programmes to engage service users with key life skills in restorative and relational practice.

Restorative Thinking holds the Restorative Service Quality Mark (RSQM), the Training Provider Quality Mark (TPQM), the CANparent Quality Mark and the i-Network Innovation Award for ‘Transforming and Innovating Public Services’ (November 2018).
