I see the potential for the Restorative Thinking Programme to enhance successful outcomes for RJ Conferencing and Victim/Offender mediation through preparing offenders to better understand the concept of RJ and RJ approaches.

Welcome to Restorative Thinking

Restorative Thinking - Prisons

Restorative Thinking Limited is a Social Enterprise.  We work WITH Police and Crime Commissioners, Prison and Probation Services and Youth Offending Services to implement and develop restorative ways of working. Our input ranges from restorative training to whole organisational culture change. Our restorative intervention programmes empower offenders with a restorative education, leading to meaningful engagement with victims, promoting responsibility-taking and improving self-talk, supporting a reduction in reoffending and improving life chances.

We work in partnership with the Department of Health, Victim Support and Odd Arts and we are supported by the Shackleton Foundation.

We aim to model restorative practice in all our dealings.  Download Restorative Thinking Limited’s company introduction here.
